Shopping Haul: India!

I always meant to do a post on what I'd bought from India, but havn't. The textiles, patterns and vibrant colours are so wonderful and I just had to bring some home with me (future home in my mind).

My beautiful elephant wall hanging, from an amazing backstreet textile merchant, and some considerable haggling later. This is my pride and joy and it makes me smile every time I catch a glimpse of it.

Hareem pants, worn either as a bagging trousers round the hip or dress/tunic over the chest. Or as pajamas. The comfiest things in the world.

The puff, only half filled with paper shreddings right now. These were everywhere in India and I had to have one.

Album, covered in gorgeous fabric. If everything I ever owned was decorated in this style, I'd be happy.

An amazingly thick, woolen, embroidered scarf, with so many fab colours in and it goes with everything.

Selection of cushions.

And some really cheap, gorgeous jewelry. I could have bought so much more.
